Can the 21 Cube really go indoors and outdoors?
Yes. Outdoors, set it on a level, well-drained base like a concrete pad, pavers or a sturdy deck. Indoors, make sure you have enough ceiling height and ventilation around the unit.
What electrical service do I need?
Electric sauna heaters in this size range typically run on 240V and need a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician. The exact breaker size depends on the heater — you'll find it on each product page, or just ask us.
How hot does it get, and how long does it take?
Traditional saunas are usually enjoyed between about 150°F and 195°F. Most sessions are ready after roughly 30–45 minutes of preheating, depending on the heater size and the weather outside.
How is it delivered?
By freight truck to the continental US. The crate is lowered on a liftgate at the end of your driveway, and you unpack it there and carry the pieces in by hand. How delivery works
Can I pour water on the stones?
Absolutely — that's half the fun. A ladle of water on hot stones creates a burst of steam called löyly. Start with small amounts and add more to taste.
